What Is the Teen Review Crew?
WHO: Local NOW area tweens and teens ages 12+.
WHAT: Earn community service credit from the comfort of your bed by writing reviews of your favorite books.
- 2 *qualifying* book reviews = 1 hour community service.
- *qualifying* reviews must follow the guidelines outlined in the review crew form.
- Create video book reviews!
WHEN: 24/7 online!
HOW: Once you’ve joined the Review Crew by completing the participation form, you can start reviewing books using the Review Crew review form. To receive the community service hours, you must email Jesica at norwalkpl@wrlsweb.org to request a verification letter and schedule a meeting. You must schedule a time to come into the library to pick up verification of hours letters & monthly prizes from librarian Jesica.
WHY: In addition to earning community service, crew members will receive a free book after submitting their first 4 reviews and will be entered into monthly drawings to win fabulous freebies!
